Quidelines for Abstract Submission and Poster Presentation.

• Deadline  is 03/30/2012;
• Must be sent to the e-mail:  conferencia2012@abraveq.com.br
• The receipt of the work should be confirmed after two days of sending via email

The authors of approved abstract will be informed until 04/30/2012.

PREPARATION FOR THE POSTER

• Poster size: Width: 90 cm Height: 1.20 m;
• They must contain the basic text of the abstract, it can insert pictures, charts, tables;
• The type font should be simple, allowing quick read;
• Name of the authors below the title;
• Use all available resources so that the panel will interest the public;
• At least one (01) of the authors must remain with the poster throughout the discussion session time to answer questions of interested parties;
• It is  responsibility of the proposer to fix your poster on the first day of the event, under the guidance of the committee responsible;
Posters must be removed at the end of the meeting by the authors;
• The committee is not responsible for any misplacement of the posters;
